We are going to a new volunteer registration "card". The new "card" is a downloadable, and computer fillable, two page 8-1/2" x 11" form that is currently available at http://spokaneprepares.org/publicInvolvement.php

The new form is more in line with state guidelines and does away with the social security number. Also, by providing the form on the web, volunteers can easily input their information and print it out and sign; this will make it easier for us to correctly read the information. For those that don't have internet access, the form can be copied and filled in by hand.
